How to set availability

To set your availability with Start Booking, follow the following steps.

  1. Navigate to your account center

    Log into your Start Booking account and click on your account name in the top right of the window. From there, click the availability option in the sidebar navigation.

  2. Review and set default availability

    Your default availability is the fallback that overrules all user settings. For example, if you set Monday as closed, then all users will be unavailable on Monday regardless of their personal settings.

  3. Review and set account users availability

    For each user on your account, click edit and adjust their user hours as needed.

  4. Block time

    Lastly, for each user, make sure and block time that you know they are not available for booking.
